Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy on all full-priced items.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at churchsuitsdeals@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for full-priced items only and may only be made for a different size.
Process:

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Purchase a shipping label to send the item back.

Once received, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new size back to you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee; the remaining balance will be credited to your account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like Gloves, Headbands, Jewelry, Fragrances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer exchange on all items purchased at full cost, we only exchange for a different size, if the size you received was to big or too small, You have to get your RA# in order to send the item back, you must purchase a shipping label. We will pay for the new item going back to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. ( Note- All refunds back to you will be charge a 25% restocking fee, the balance will be posted to your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
