Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of church suits and apparel. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a convenient return and exchange policy designed to give you peace of mind.

Customers have a 10-day grace period from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be authorized in advance by obtaining a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned without a proper RA# may not be accepted or processed.

We are pleased to offer free exchanges, allowing you to select a different size, color, or style at no additional cost. If you prefer not to exchange your item, you may choose to receive store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Refunds to the original form of payment are also available; however, please note that all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs associated with returned merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We recommend initiating your return request as soon as possible within the 10-day window to ensure timely processing.
